"cbz" is just a zip file containing images, renaming the format to .zip, you can open it and extract the images. Then most software that can make a pdf file (acrobat, word, ...) can combine them into one. But I have a question. Why does it have to be a pdf? Is anything wrong with sharing a cbz?
